This is the second time our family has worked with Ben Stephen. He always listens thoroughly to any special requirements we may have. After my first conversation with Ben Stephen, I was confident that he was a knowledgeable agent. All of my conversations and communications were long distance (from Florida to Michigan) until I met him the day before closing. While I may have been nervous at first, Ben alleviated that stress by responding to me and my questions and concerns almost immediately.
