Ben Stephens was an amazing realtor, very realistic about situations and gave great advise. We worked at our pace and did not feel pushed at all . He got to know our needs and after looking for months, he still had a great attitude and did not grow weary. We got Ben’s reference from a friend. From the first day Ben ensured we had all his attention, was prompt and always a text or call away. Ben has great knowledge about the local market and helped us while inspecting homes by pointing out problems, commenting finishes - on quality of materials, appliances, etc. It felt more like we were viewing houses with a friend. When the time came for my husband, Pete, and I to find our next home in St. Joseph and we needed a realtor, we thought back to an afternoon in early October when Ben Stephen introduced himself while marketing in our rental home neighborhood.
